Richard has spent the past 3+ decades supporting commercial real estate companies with marketing, PR, public affairs, business development and sales consulting, and other communications solutions. Richard has developed and led real estate practices at both boutique PR firms and global marketing-communications agencies.

Richard founded KCG to give his real estate and corporate clients the best of both worlds — seasoned, cradle-to-grave market experience with high-touch, individualized service on every partnership. Richard is known throughout the Northwest and beyond for his deep industry network and long-time relationships with business and community leaders in cities throughout the region.

He has represented organizations large and small, local and global, family-owned and institutional. Some of Richard’s industry expertise includes: commercial real estate, architecture/engineering/construction, professional services, retail and restaurants, banking and financial services, industrial and manufacturing, higher education, transportation, sustainability, and travel and leisure, to name just a few.

Richard has a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University Of Washington’s Runstad Department of Real Estate and is a past board member at Bellwether Housing. Richard is highly active in many industry associations such as NAIOP, Downtown Seattle Association and Urban Land Institute. Richard lives in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood with his wife, two children and dog Ollie.
